Privacy Policy

This policy explains how cetinsgame.com and its games process your personal data. Visitors from Türkiye should also read the KVKK Information Notice.

In short

• You can play without an account; your progress stays on your device.
• We do not ask for your name, phone number or address.
• Ads are served by Google; they are personalised only with your consent.
• We do not sell your data.

What we collect

Server logs (IP address, browser, time of visit), game saves and settings on your device, your cookie choice and, if you write to us, our email correspondence.

Third parties

• Google AdSense: serving and measuring ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (only with your consent). • YouTube: videos load from youtube-nocookie.com and only after you press play.
• Google Fonts: web fonts.

Legal basis (EU and UK)

Contract for providing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest for security and statistics (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent for personalised advertising (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Children

The games are suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13-16), choose "Necessary only" in the cookie banner; ads will not be personalised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. This policy may be updated; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

Accounts, leaderboards and game statistics

• Game statistics: number of plays, finished and failed levels, play time and ad views. For guests they are kept as daily totals per game and are not linked to a person. A random device ID on your device and a short-lived (6-hour) game key are used for this.
• Leaderboards: taking part is optional. If you do, your nickname, score, play time, device ID (guest) or member number and IP address are stored; your nickname and score are publicly visible.
• Accounts (optional): email address, nickname, year of birth (for the age limit), an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is not stored), language, date you accepted the terms, sign-in dates, IP address and browser details, session records, your game summaries and, if you choose, newsletter consent. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the ID that company gives you and your email address.
• Purpose and legal basis: creating and managing your account, running leaderboards, preventing cheating and abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) contract, (f) legitimate interest; KVKK Art. 5/2 (c), (f)). Newsletter only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Transfers: if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, that company handles the sign-in (transfer abroad, based on your consent when you start the sign-in). Verification and password emails are sent through our email provider.
• Age limit: you must be at least 13 to create an account; every game can be played without one.
• Retention and deletion: account data is kept while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time on the My account page: your email, password hash, year of birth and IP address are deleted immediately, leaderboards show "Deleted player", and your cloud saves and game summaries are deleted. Weekly leaderboards are deleted after 8 weeks.
